Description

Hrund, a warrior goddess from Norse mythology, has been immortalized in precious bronze by the Icelandic sculptor Örn Porsteinsson. This piece is so striking that it can stand alone, but it also looks splendid when paired with Hildur, another masterpiece by the same artist.

Hildur is named after a powerful battle goddess , known for her revitalizing abilities. With Hildur, the Icelandic sculptor captures the essence of the deity, being strength and power. Together, they create an ensemble of bookends that not only hold books in place but also add depth and character to your interior.

Our bronze sculptures are cast using the lost wax method. Hrund & Hildur are limited edition bronze sculptures, each piece is numbered and signed.
